RESERVATION OF THE APARTMENT
To book an apartment please choose one and fill in the reservation form. You can choose several apartments and check their availability by email or phone.
PAYMENT PROCESS
You can pay for the whole rental period in cash after your check in to the apartment. It's also possible to pay with your credit card via Pay Pal.
Please pay for the apartment rent the day of your arrival. Please pay for the whole period of staying. We need to know for how many days you will rent the apartment in order to make further reservations of it for other clients.
OUR SERVICE
No extra money are required for our service
You don't need to pay any extra money for our service. We get comission from the owners whose apartments are represented on our website and match the following criteria:

CHECK-In and CHECK-Out Policy
Save your money with our flexible checks-in and checks-out
Check-In time - 1:00 pm (13:00). If you need to check in early in the morning please reserve the apartment for 1 more night before your arrival and this apartment will be booked for you. In case the apartment is vacant you will be able to check-in before 1 p.m. without any extra payment. If not, you’ll have to wait till 12:00 or 13:00.
Check out time - 12 p.m. (12:00). If you need to check out later, please inform beforehand. Late check-out till 8 p.m. will be charged half apartment rate, after 20.00 - the full apartment rate. Late check-out is available if this apartment has not reservation for this date.
LATE RESERVATION
Please make your reservation as early as possible, as we’ll need to check availability of the apartment you have chosen. If you are not able to wait for our confirmation through e-mail please do the following:

PREVIEW OF APARTMENTS
It is possible to preview the apartment before your arrival
Most apartments that are offered on our web site have digital photos. If your friends, relatives, representatives want to see an apartment beforehand we can provide preview of apartments in case they are available. Sometimes preview is not possible because all apartments are occupied and you can see them at check out time only. We don't how apartments while our clients stay there. So you can book apartments by looking through their digital photos.
WHAT RENTAL PRICE INCLUDES
The prices include all taxes.
There are no other hidden charges or fees.
Bed and kitchen accessories, bed linen, towels, iron and iron-board.
Hot, cold water and public utilities, local phone calls (Kharkov numbers).
Once-a-week apartment cleaning and bed-linen replacement.
Additional cleaning services are available upon request for extra charge.
DAMAGES
After arriving to the apartment please make sure that everything works properly and you are satisfied with apartments condition. On the day of your departure our manager will come to check everything and pick up the keys. In case of any damage we’ll have to charge you for this.
